Your JUNE New Moon TAROTSCOPE & Crystal Prescriptions
Kerry Ward from Tarot Bella brings you this moonths four week forecast for your element and we write your prescription for the perfect crystals to balance your energy, bring yin to your cosmic yang and keep you on the beam.
Kerry has pulled 3 cards for each of the zodiac's elemental signs, one for Body, one for Mind, and one for Spirit, and offers her guidance and insight on how to work with the energy you may experience in this new moon cycle.
Find your element below to read your tarotscope.
The twelve signs of the zodiac are categorised into four groups of three signs, each ruled by a particular element:
Fire - Aries, Leo, Sagittarius.
Air - Gemini, Libra, Aquarius.
Earth - Taurus, Virgo, Capircorn.
Water - Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces.
The signs ruled by each element are naturally compatible with each other, they ‘get’ each other and share similar values, attitudes and outlooks on life. Birds of a feather fly together. If your coven had a member from each zodiac sign, your other two element signs would be your best witches.
This New Moon forecast uses The Wild Unknown tarot deck to understand each element’s Body, Mind and Soul focuses for the moon cycle ahead and suggests the crystals that could help bring you balance.
AIR Signs - Libra, Aquarius, Gemini
Body - Ten of Pentacles
You’ve been feeling pretty chipper recently and, if you keep doing what you’re doing, there’s no reason that can’t continue. Recognise the things you’re investing in that make you feel vital, energised and glow-y. What, physically, is working for you right now? You might be taking it for granted, but these benefits are by design so take a pause to identify your good habits and celebrate your dedication to them.
Mind - Six of Swords
Mentally, you’re moving on from something that has become painful or wearying. Enough’s enough, and too right it is because this has been a long time coming. What might surprise you, however, is that this isn’t going to be sad, upsetting farewell. The actual process of moving on and fixing your gaze to a new horizon will prove healing, rejuvenating and restoring. Breathe deeply and start the process.
Spirit - The Sun
FUN FUN FUN. Fun in the sun- quite literally! Booked a holiday yet? No? DO IT. Seriously, The Sun is a powerful omen of getting outside, travelling, decamping yourself to somewhere tropical or balmy. Also, appreciate those you love and like this month with generous gestures, invitations and attention. The Sun card celebrates love and success. Everything we turn our hand to, with this card, turns up trumps, so invest your energy in people and places that matter to you, and spread the good vibes. Spiritually, you’re on a super-charge!
Your Crystal Prescription: Malachite is a wonderful crystal for helping you to heal past wounds and move on from emotional trauma, bringing balance and harmony to the heart.
As well as being a calming, serene stone that can help bring peace and balance your emotions, Moonstone opens your mind to spontaneous impulses and serendipity! So maybe with the help of a little Moonstone adventure will find it's way to you. And and, if you are planning a trip, take it with you! Moonstone is a perfect protection stone for travellers.
EARTH Signs - Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus
Body - Nine of Pentacles
Take a look around wherever you lay your head. Is it in tune with the health and lifestyle ideals you have? The Nine of Coins is about our home environment, so there’s a definite window of opportunity this month to improve your nest. Maybe it’s a declutter, or some new kitchen or pantry items to help kick start a new nutritional regime, perhaps some exercise equipment or the creation of outdoor space to work out, meditate or chill. Does the garden need some sprucing? Is your bedroom optimised for a good night’s sleep? Take a look, make a list, set to.
Mind - Seven of Swords
You’re a naturally cautious bunch, Earth signs, and typically slow to trust, but quick to judge. Let your instincts guide you, this month, on the areas of life you need to bring your infamous prudence to. Think twice before sharing your plans and schemes and, if in doubt, don’t. Not everyone is as wholesome as you, and you do need to protect yourself in this world. Sometimes other peoples input comes too early or too loudly and your own fledgling thoughts and ideas can get diluted or drowned out by the noise. So, keep your own counsel this month.
Spirit - Daughter of Wands
Are there children in your life or landscape? If so, this Page of Wands is a warm invitation to spend time and join in with whatever they love doing. In fact, it’s a general invite from the Universe to be childish and revel in nostalgic, ‘silly’ stuff all month long. What did you used to LOVE doing? Where did you get excited about going? Who were your BFFs? Reconnect to your old, childhood self, revitalise some aspects of memory lane and enjoy every darned moment, just for the sake of it.
Your Crystal Prescription: First, let's start with a cleanse, the best way to declutter your home, and mind. Clear out your space with some Palo Santo or white sage and start a fresh this new moon.
Labradorite will help you tune in with your intuition and filter out the chatter around you, defending you from outside influence so you can uncover your own path. If you feel like you could use some fresh, joyful energy, wear Amber to bring warmth to your everyday life and give you a boost, or, place a piece in your home to revitalise stagnant energy.
FIRE Signs - Leo, Aries, Sagittarius
Body - Daughter of Pentacles
Whatever niggles you’ve been experiencing recently are actually little messages from your inner self, trying to get your attention. Knees, stomach, neck and shoulders are all potential areas of concern. Where do you ache? Do you feel burdened? Worried? Uncertain and hesitant? Focus on the area and note down what emotions stir. Ask yourself, what could be driving their presence? Follow the trail because your body is trying to tell you something.
Mind - Death
Change is afoot in your life, and it’s kinda scary (but also kinda cool because you’re built for adventure). This is a month to roll with things, to stay flexible and have faith that it’ll all be alright in the end (and if it’s not alright, it’s not the end). Don’t resist new ideas, invites or opportunities… and lean right on in to any challenges or issues you encounter. Every single one of them is there for a reason: to nudge you onwards and upwards.
Spirit - Eight of Swords
Someone close to you is struggling because they’ve got into a rut about something (and, you know what, these changes you’re dealing with could be the result of your own ‘rut season’, so you know how that feels). Take time out to listen to them do things together which are new, exciting (maybe a bit scary) for both of you. Together, you can help each other through this month of transition. A stronger bond, which can take the weight of real life shit, will develop.
Your Crystal Prescription: Turquoise can help you tune your physical body to your mind. It's balancing, calming and healing for the body so try meditating with it if you are trying to get to the bottom of some physical discomfort.
If you are stuck in a rut, carnelian can help strengthen courage and help you face what you fear and move forward. This stone brings fiery energy to dispel apathy, stoke the creative flames and help you get to find your groove.
WATER Signs- Cancer, Pisces, Scorpio
Body - Five of Cups
There’s something you’ve been dwelling upon that stirs your emotions to the degree that it is affecting you physically. Something from the past, maybe recent, maybe long ago, but it carries the kind of ‘sticky’ feelings (grief, shame, regret, guilt) that linger and cause pain. Whatever physical discomforts you’ve endured are likely linked to this navel gazing. Acknowledge and process your feelings about this old story, once and for all. You can, and should, move on feeling lighter and brighter.
Mind - Ten of Wands
Less is more, mentally, this month. The Ten of Wands is the tarot’s workaholic card and hints you’ve been over-burdened with stuff recently. Time to do an audit!
What can you, and you alone, do brilliantly? Keep that. And what else could be delegated, ditched or delayed? Get rid of all that.
Clearing the decks will free up your intellectual and spiritual headspace. Enjoy breathing a little easier and take some time to freewheel and relax. You deserve it.
Spirit - Two of Wands
Once you’ve had your little life audit and spring clean, consider if there are any loose ends lurking in your closet that could do with tying up... It’s likely to be around an unmade decision. Not an urgent or massively important one, hence why it has remained unticked I guess. But it’s there, blocking new energy from entering your life until it’s resolved. Sift through the ‘little stuff’ and tick each task or decision off the list till the decks are clear. You’ll feel settled, calm and, importantly, in control
Your Crystal Prescription: Obsidian is a stone for unblocking and overcoming emotional trauma. It can bring things to the surface that need to be dealt with and will give support and deep healing to those who need it.
If you need to relax and renew, Smoky Quartz is a perfecting grounding stone with the added benefit of clearing the mind and bringing positive, pragmatic thinking to the forefront - perfect if you have a decision to make .
